Do I have to make an appointment

Yes! Form completion of any kind can be lengthy, therefore an appointment is required. This is also to allow us to maintain social distancing.  Please contact us for details.

Can I phone or email with an enquiry

Yes! We will answer all enquiries. Please contact us on 01786 462178. If we are unable to respond when you call, please leave a message or alternatively call or text 07521 186159  (Monday to Friday) and we will reply as soon as possible as all messages are checked.

Is all information confidential

Yes absolutely! We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

Is There Wheelchair Access

Yes! The office is at street level and there is a disabled toilet.

What Plans are in Place for Safe Return of face to face

We will be following the government guidelines but this will be by appointment, with one client only in the office at a time. Social distancing, hand sanitising and wearing a mask will be required.
