Do I have to make an appointment

Yes! Form completion of any kind can be lengthy, therefore an appointment is required. We never rush clients therefore adequate time is always allocated.

Can I phone or email with an enquiry

Yes! We will answer all enquiries. However full information may need an appointment. Please contact us on 01786 462178. If we are unable to respond when you call, please leave a message or alternatively call or text 07521 186159  (Monday to Friday) and we will reply as soon as possible as all messages are checked.

Is all information confidential

Yes absolutely! We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

Is There Wheelchair Access

Yes! The office is at street level and there is a disabled toilet.

Knowledge

All volunteers keep their skills up to date with regular training courses and by keeping abreast of ongoing changes to the benefit system.
