We have many longstanding clients from all walks of life. Our reputation has developed by word of mouth from family and friends. We appreciate their loyalty and are also very happy to welcome and assist new clients at any time.

Some Ways We've Helped

  • We recently helped a client who has speech difficulties to phone and apply for Personal Independence Payment which they were later awarded after help completing the form.

​

  • We paid a home visit (Pre Covid) to a client diagnosed with a major illness to advise what benefits they might be able to claim. We also spent time listening and offered emotional support. 

​

  • After referral by another agency, we were able to assist a client with a long term condition to gain the support group in Employment and Support Allowance after submitting a Mandatory Reconsideration.
